What are your opening hours?

Floor 2 (Herbal Bar) is open Tue – Sun · 6:00 pm – 1:00 am with last order at 11:00 PM for food and 12:00 AM for beverages. Floor 1 (Dim Sum Omakase) is opening soon — check back for updates.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Email info@sam-saigon.com or use the Reservations page on our website to book a table.

What's the difference between Floor 1 and Floor 2?

Floor 1 is Dim Sum Omakase — an alcohol-free, daytime dining experience. Floor 2 is the Herbal Bar — an evening cocktail bar centered on fermentation, herbs, and tea.

Is Floor 1 alcohol-free?

Yes. Floor 1 (Dim Sum Omakase) is an entirely alcohol-free dining experience, paired with house-fermented teas and beverages instead.
